Descrição:Norbuprenorphine-D3 solution is a cytotoxic agent that inhibits the production of prostaglandin. It binds to the cysteine residues in the active site of microsomal prostaglandin E synthase and prevents the formation of prostaglandin e2. The histology of norbuprenorphine-D3 solution-treated rats showed marked necrosis and apoptosis, which was confirmed by immunohistochemistry for inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and terminal deoxynucleotide transferase dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL). Norbuprenorphine-D3 solution also has anti-inflammatory effects, inhibiting chemokines and inducing damage to viral and bacterial cells.
