• Descrição: SKLB1002 is a molecule that has been shown to have potent antitumor activity. It inhibits the proliferation of endothelial cells and slows the growth of tumor vasculature. SKLB1002 also inhibits the production of adenosine-5'-diphosphate (ADP) ribose, which may be due to its ability to inhibit protein kinase A. SKLB1002 is currently being tested as a potential cancer drug in animal models and human cells in tissue culture. The effective dose for SKLB1002 is not yet known, but it has significant cytotoxicity against certain tumor xenografts in cell culture and causes significant cytotoxicity in cancer tissues.
