Descrição:1-Vinyl-1H-benzoimidazole is a monomer that has been used as a cross-linking agent in the production of light-stable polymers. 1-Vinyl-1H-benzoimidazole has been shown to be reactive with oxygen, which leads to the formation of free radicals and oxidation. This chemical has low light sensitivity, but can be used for electrophotographic purposes. The protonated form of this chemical is thermally stable and photostable.
