Descrição:ML298 is a cell culture-based drug that has been shown to inhibit tumor growth in cancer cells by inducing autophagy. It also enhances the transcriptional regulation of genes involved in cell proliferation, such as epidermal growth factor and E2F1, which are important for cellular proliferation. ML298 also inhibits inflammatory diseases by inhibiting the production of cytokines and chemokines. ML298 is currently being tested in clinical trials for its potential use in treating breast cancer, cervical cancer, colorectal carcinoma, and other cancers.ML298 is a monoclonal antibody with potent anti-tumor effects against various types of cancers. It binds to the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) on cancer cells and blocks ligand binding to this receptor, which prevents activation of downstream signaling pathways.
