Pizotifen is an anti-migraine agent. This drug is a serotonin and tryptamine antagonist drug that is used for the treatment of migraines. Pizotifen also exhibits anticholinergic and antihistamine properties. This drug blocks 5-HT receptors allowing for cranial vasoconstriction.
