Informação sobre produto
- 1-Bromo-1-cyclohexene
- 1-Bromocyclohexene
1-Bromocyclohex-1-ene is a chemical compound that belongs to the class of deuterium isotope effect. It is a deuterated analog of cyclohexene, which exhibits the same reactivity as its non-deuterated counterpart. The hydroxy group in 1-bromocyclohex-1-ene reacts with hydrogen chloride to yield the enantiomeric products 2,2-dichlorocyclohexane and 2,4,4-trichlorocyclohexane. One of these products has been shown to be an inhibitor of viral polymerase, while the other product can inhibit tumor necrosis factor production in macrophages. The terminal alkynes in 1-bromocyclohex-1-ene are susceptible to substitution by hydrogen fluoride to form necrosis factor and c6 alkyl compounds.
