Butyl Phenyl Phosphate-d9 is a biodegradable additive that has been shown to have low toxicity. It is a reactive compound that can be used in the production of polymers, plastics, and rubbers. Butyl phenyl phosphate-d9 is also used as an environmental exposure agent for the detection of hydrocarbons in water. It has a strong affinity for hydroxyl groups and reacts with other compounds containing these groups to form ester compounds. This product contains a cycloaliphatic ring with a hydroxyl group at the end which is bonded to two esters.
