Descrição:Flurandrenolone acetate is a steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis. It inhibits the production of inflammatory substances in the body, such as prostaglandins and leukotrienes, by inhibiting the enzyme lipoxygenase. Flurandrenolone acetate has been shown to be effective in treating gelsolin-induced inflammation in rats. Flurandrenolone acetate is also used in some therapies to diagnose inflammatory diseases by detecting an increase in white blood cells. This drug is classified as a halogenated steroid and contains carbon atoms with a halogen atom.
