Descrição:Cannabielsoin is an analog of the cannabinoid cannabidiol (CBD) that has been shown to have anticancer properties. It acts as a potent inhibitor of kinases, which are enzymes that play a critical role in cell growth and proliferation. Cannabielsoin induces apoptosis, or programmed cell death, in cancer cells and inhibits tumor growth. This compound has been found in human urine and has been shown to be effective against various types of cancer, including breast cancer and Chinese hamster ovary cells. Cannabielsoin also exhibits anti-inflammatory properties by inhibiting the activity of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), which is an enzyme involved in the production of prostaglandins. Additionally, it has been found to act as an inhibitor of glycerol kinase and indirubin-3'-monoxime, which may contribute to its anticancer effects.
