• Descrição: BPR1J-097 is a potent inhibitor of the human FLT3 tyrosine kinase. It has been shown to inhibit FLT3-ITD and FLT3-ITD/Flt3-D835Y mutant forms of the kinase in vitro, as well as in vivo in murine xenografts. BPR1J-097 is a cell proliferation inhibitor that prevents the activation of cellular signaling pathways, which are necessary for cancer cell proliferation. This drug has been shown to be active against various cancers, including leukemia, breast cancer and pancreatic cancer. However, it has not yet been tested for its effects on other cancers. The pharmacokinetic properties of this drug have not yet been determined.
