Informação sobre produto
CINPA 1 is a protein that is encoded by the CINPA gene. The protein has been shown to be an inhibitor of multidrug resistance and may be a potential drug target for cancer therapy. CINPA 1 inhibits the expression of genes involved in drug elimination and nitrogen metabolism, which are linked to the development of cancers. It has also been shown to have an inhibitory effect on drug elimination. CINPA 1 is expressed in cell culture and experimental models, but not in human liver or caco-2 cells.
