Informação sobre produto
5-tert-butyl-3-isothiazolamine (5TI) is a cb2 receptor agonist that has been modified to increase its affinity for the receptor. 5TI has shown efficacy in reducing inflammatory pain in animal models and has been shown to act as an analgesic in humans. It is chemically similar to cannabinoids, which are naturally occurring compounds that have been shown to reduce pain and inflammation. 5TI can be administered orally or by injection.
5TI binds to the CB2 cannabinoid receptors and stimulates adenylyl cyclase, leading to an increase in intracellular cAMP levels. This leads to activation of protein kinase A, which then phosphorylates voltage-gated calcium channels, causing increased calcium ion influx into the cell, resulting in membrane depolarization and increased neurotransmitter release.
