Descrição:
MB 07811 is a lipid-lowering drug that belongs to the group of statins. It reduces cholesterol by inhibiting an enzyme (3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase) in the liver that is involved in the production of cholesterol. MB 07811 has been shown to be safe and well tolerated and has been used for the treatment of primary hypercholesterolemia, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and non-alcoholic fatty liver.
