Descrição:
Insulin-like growth factor-1 is a protein that is a part of the insulin-like growth factor family. IGF1 has been shown to be the most potent natural stimulator of growth in mammals. IGF1 is used for muscle building and can be found in desiccated bovine liver, which needs to be reconstituted before use. IGF1 has been shown to stimulate the production of cytokines, such as Interferon-γ, Tumor Necrosis Factor-α, and Interleukin-2. Recombinant human IGF1 can also be synthesized using techniques such as chromatography. Murine IGF1 has been shown to have less potency than its human counterpart and can cause side effects such as hyperplasia of the liver when administered at high doses.
