Descrição:
3-Methyl-5-(propan-2-yl)phenol is a phenolic compound found in plants. It has been shown to have anesthetic, microbicidal, and anti-oxidant properties. 3-Methyl-5-(propan-2-yl)phenol has also been demonstrated to possess hypotensive effects in animals, with a dose dependent relationship. This compound has also been shown to inhibit the growth of fungi in vitro at concentrations of 200 µg/mL.
