Rhamnolipids C12-C12 are a group of lipids that have been quantified in the range of 10-100 ng/mL. The accuracy and precision were evaluated in terms of calibration and expansion, as well as test samples. High performance liquid chromatography (HPL) analysis was used to quantify the rhamnolipids by comparing the retention times with those of standards. The analytical techniques were validated using a number of microbial strains, including Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Quantification was possible through spectroscopic analysis, which measured intensity at different wavelengths.
