• Descrição: AM095 Free Acid is a small molecule that binds to the extracellular domain of the β2-adrenergic receptor (β2AR) and inhibits its activity. This drug is being developed for the treatment of chronic cough, asthma, and mda-mb-231 breast cancer. The intracellular Ca2+ levels are increased by AM095 Free Acid in vivo and in vitro. AM095 Free Acid has been shown to inhibit axonal growth in vivo and in vitro by binding to the basic protein of nerve cells. This drug also has a protective effect on kidney fibrosis induced by collagen gel. AM095 Free Acid has been shown to inhibit bacterial growth, which may be due to its ability to bind with polymerase chain reaction (PCR) primers that are used for DNA amplification or other biological samples such as growth factor-β1.
