Descrição:Aldol® 515 4-acetoxybutyrate solution, 0.75 M in DMSO, Cymit Quimica Patent: EP 2427431 and US 8940909 is a chemiluminescent substrate that has been used for the detection of ligands in immunoassays. This product is an acetoxybutyrate ester that emits light when it reacts with the enzyme horseradish peroxidase (HRP) in the presence of hydrogen peroxide. The emission of light can be detected by a luminometer. This product has been shown to have low reactivity with other compounds and can be used as a chromogenic or fluorogenic substrate for enzymes such as alkaline phosphatase, β-galactosidase, and β-glucuronidase.
