Descrição:2'-Deoxynebularine is a nucleoside analog that has been shown to inhibit the replication of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) in vitro. 2'-Deoxynebularine binds to the viral DNA and inhibits its synthesis by hydrogen bonding with the sugar-phosphate backbone. This inhibition prevents the production of new viral DNA and stops viral replication.
