Descrição:SK-216 is a small molecule that inhibits the activation of FoxO1, which is a transcription factor. SK-216 also prevents oxidative injury and mitochondrial dysfunction by inhibiting the production of growth factor-β1, as well as inhibiting the activation of Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) and TLR4. SK-216 has been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects and can inhibit cyclin D2 expression, which leads to inhibition of energy metabolism in cancer cells. SK-216 also has an effect on epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT), leading to suppression of EMT, tumorigenesis, migration, and metastasis.
