Descrição:
3,4,5-Tris(benzyloxy)benzyl Alcohol is a benzyl alcohol derivative that is used as an additive in the manufacture of polymers. It has been shown to be an electroactive additive for conducting polymerization and can be used as a connecting agent for electropolymerization. 3,4,5-Tris(benzyloxy)benzyl Alcohol is also able to form macromolecules by polymerizing with other monomers such as benzyl chloride. The transition metal complex formed by the addition of this compound to the chloride ion has been shown to have dendritic properties.
