L-Lysyl-L-alanine 7-amido-4-methylcoumarin dihydrochloride is a fluorescent substrate for the enzyme, beta-glucosidase. It is used in staining and other enzymatic reactions. This product has been tested and found to be free of detectable levels of heavy metals, pesticides, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. L-Lysyl-L-alanine 7-amido-4-methylcoumarin dihydrochloride can be used for the detection of beta-glucosidase activity in numerous applications, including enzyme substrate testing, food testing, environmental testing, high purity/high quality screening, and diagnostics.
