Descrição:ATN-161 is a small molecule that binds to the M2 receptor, which is expressed on macrophages and regulates their function. This drug can inhibit the proliferation of human bone marrow-derived macrophages by suppressing the production of IL-1β and IL-6, which are cytokines that induce inflammation.
