Informação sobre produto
- 9-Anthroic acid
9-Anthracenecarboxylic acid is a cyclase inhibitor that binds to the ATP binding site of the ryanodine receptor. It inhibits the release of calcium from the sarcoplasmic reticulum and has been shown to inhibit cell proliferation in HL-60 cells. 9-Anthracenecarboxylic acid has been shown to bind to the ATP binding site of the ryanodine receptor, an ion channel protein that regulates calcium release from intracellular stores. The compound has also been shown to inhibit cell proliferation in HL-60 cells, and it inhibits carboxylate anion transfer reactions. 9-Anthracenecarboxylic acid can be used as a probe for cyclase activity because it emits fluorescence when bound to its substrate. This compound has been demonstrated to have high efficacy in inhibiting tumor growth and metastasis in mice models by targeting the ryanodine receptor.
