Informação sobre produto
- 2-Cyanobenzylamine
- Benzonitrile, 2-(Aminomethyl)-
2-(Aminomethyl)benzonitrile (2-AMB) is a carbonylation reagent that is used in the synthesis of alogliptin benzoate. It is an aminomethyl derivative of benzene, which has a mass of 92.14 g/mol. The 2-AMB molecule contains a nitrile group and an amine group. 2-AMB is soluble in acetonitrile and can be monitored by UV absorption at 280 nm. This spectrometric technique can be used to optimize the reaction conditions for carbonylation with 2-AMB by monitoring the formation of the desired product, alogliptin benzoate.
