Akardit II is a high-quality fatty acid that has been purified from animal and vegetable fats. It is a type of polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acid, which has functional properties in the synthesis of polyunsaturated omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids. Akardit II is an additive that can be used as an emulsifier in food products, such as margarine or butter.
