Descrição:
4-Borono-3-chlorobenzoic acid is a chemical inhibitor that inhibits the JAK2 protein. It has been shown to reduce bowel disease, autoimmune diseases, and hepatic steatosis in mice. It also reduces HIV infection and disease activity in mice by inhibiting the production of inflammatory cytokines. 4-Borono-3-chlorobenzoic acid also inhibits colorectal adenocarcinoma and primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) in mice. This drug is currently being studied for its effects on body mass index, fibrosis, and infectious diseases.
