Informação sobre produto
2,3-Bis[(R)-(tert-butyl)(methyl)phosphino]quinoxaline is an organophosphorus compound that is used in organic synthesis as a chiral ligand for the asymmetric substitution of alcohols and other electrophiles. It has been shown to be effective in the hydrosilylation of arenes, yielding high yields and cisplatin. The crystal structure of this compound was determined using x-ray crystallography. 2,3-Bis[(R)-(tert-butyl)(methyl)phosphino]quinoxaline has been shown to have a variety of chemical reactions. It can be prepared by reacting phosphine with quinoxaline followed by the addition of tert-butanol to give bis[(R)-(tert-butyl)(methyl)phosphino]quinoxaline. This compound can also be prepared from auranofin and diphosphine.
