• Descrição: 2,2'-Sulfonyldiethanol (SDET) is an analytical reagent that can be used for the preparation of samples for analysis. It can also be used to determine the presence of covalent adducts in a sample. The SDET method is useful for diagnosing diseases by identifying substances that are present in the urine or blood. This reagent is also used to study the matrix effect and fluorescence properties of samples. SDET is prepared by reacting hydrochloric acid with sodium carbonate in the presence of phosphate bond. The chemical ionization technique can then be applied to help identify compounds in a sample.
