Descrição:
Boc-O-benzyl-L-tyrosinol is an amino alcohol that is used as a chiral building block in the synthesis of enantiomerically pure amino alcohols. It has been shown to be more efficient than other methods for the synthesis of amino alcohols, yielding high yields and being enantioselective. Boc-O-benzyl-L-tyrosinol can be derivatized with hydride reagents or aluminum hydride, making it useful for the synthesis of chiral derivatives. In addition, this compound is optically pure and homogeneous.
