Informação sobre produto
Pronucleotides are cyclic nucleotide analogues that have a phosphodiester backbone with a phosphate group at the 5' end and an amine group at the 3' end. They are used as photolabile protecting groups for oligonucleotides, which can be removed by irradiation with ultraviolet light. Boc-Tyr-OtBu is a pronucleotide analogue that has been shown to have pharmacological profiles in animal models. It is an urotensin receptor agonist and vasoconstrictor, and also binds to the U1A subunit of ribosomal RNA. In addition, it has affinity for DNA in both its double-stranded form and single-stranded form. This molecule is also photocleavable and can be cleaved intracellularly by UV irradiation to yield product with a free amino group.
