3-Chloropyridine is a nitrogen heterocycle that contains a palladium atom in the center. This molecule has a coordination geometry of square pyramidal, with four hydrogen bonds. 3-Chloropyridine can be used as a catalyst for reactions involving hydrogen and carbon monoxide.
