Descrição:
2-Chloro-6-(trifluoromethoxy)-1,3-benzothiazole is an alkyl derivative that has been shown to have anti-proliferative effects against tumor cell lines. This drug inhibits the synthesis of proteins involved in the process of apoptosis, such as Bcl-2. 2-Chloro-6-(trifluoromethoxy)-1,3-benzothiazole binds to the bcl-2 protein and prevents it from associating with other proteins that regulate the cell cycle. This drug also has an antinociceptive effect on animal models.
