2-Chloro-N-(4-chlorobenzyl)acetamide is a chemical that inhibits tumor growth by interacting with cancer cells. It induces apoptosis by inhibiting the activation of caspase-9, which is an enzyme involved in cell death. This drug has been shown to have anticancer activity against carcinoma cells and hydrogen sulfate (H2SO4) as an acid catalyst. 2-Chloro-N-(4-chlorobenzyl)acetamide inhibits tumor growth mediated through the activation of caspase-9. The anticancer activity of this drug is due to its ability to inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells and induce their apoptosis.
