N-Cyclohexyl-N-isopropylamine is an organic compound that belongs to the group of aliphatic hydrocarbons. It is a chemical intermediate for synthesis of trifluoroacetic acid and its sodium salts, reaction products with amines, and alkynyl groups. N-Cyclohexyl-N-isopropylamine can be synthesized by using the asymmetric synthesis method. This compound has a chemical stability in the presence of air and light, as well as hydrochloride salt stability in water. The most important use of this compound is in the production of trifluoroacetic acid, which is used in industry to manufacture polycarboxylic acids or alkynyl groups. In addition, N-Cyclohexyl-N-isopropylamine can be used to reduce blood pressure and improve energy efficiency in biochemical processes.
