4-(Chloroacetyl)morpholine is a potent inhibitor of the proliferation of tumor cells. It has been shown to have synergistic effects with other anticancer drugs, such as oxadiazole and thiophene. 4-(Chloroacetyl)morpholine also inhibits the production of TNF-α in mice. The pharmacokinetic properties of 4-(Chloroacetyl)morpholine are not well understood, but it appears that this drug is metabolized by the liver and excreted in the urine.
