Informação sobre produto
- 1H-tetrazole, 5-(chloromethyl)-
5-Chloromethyl-1H-tetrazole is a compound that is used as an adrenergic receptor agonist. It has a nitrogen atom in the skeleton and a fatty acid chain. The molecule can be bound to form sodium salts or carboxylic acids and is found in animals. 5-Chloromethyl-1H-tetrazole has been shown to have insulin resistance properties, which may be due to its ability to bind to insulin receptors. This drug also has been shown to have bowel disease treatment properties and is used for this purpose in animals. The X-ray crystal structure of 5-chloromethyl-1H-tetrazole shows that it binds to the adrenergic receptor on the alpha subunit of the beta-adrenergic receptor. This binding leads to activation of adenylyl cyclase, which increases intracellular levels of cAMP, leading to increased cell activity and insulin sensitivity.
