Ethyl ricinoleate is a fatty acid that can be found naturally in castor oil. It has a hydroxy group and a hydroxyl group, which are responsible for its kinetic data. It also has high viscosity and lubricity, making it an excellent choice for use as a lubricant or as biodiesel.
