2,4-Diamino-6-[2-(2-undecyl-1-imidazolyl)ethyl]-1,3,5-triazine is an organic compound that is used as a dye and a reagent. This compound is soluble in water and methanol. The amination reaction can also be catalyzed by palladium metal. 2,4-Diamino-6-[2-(2-undecyl-1-imidazolyl)ethyl]-1,3,5-triazine polymerizes by heating to form polymers that are soluble in chloroform and acetone.
