Diclofenac 13C6 is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug that has been shown to be effective in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. The validation of this analytical method was carried out by means of recovery experiments, determination of trueness and precision, and calibration curves. Diclofenac 13C6 was quantified using an LC-MS/MS method with bace1 as the internal standard. The measurement was carried out on a sample containing active substances and their metabolites. A calibration curve was obtained for each active substance at different concentrations. The accuracy and precision were determined to be within the required limits, indicating that the proposed analytical method is suitable for quantitative measurement of diclofenac 13C6 in biological fluids (e.g., plasma).
