Diethylcarbamyl chloride is a chemical compound that inhibits the activity of enzymes such as toll-like receptor and receptor activity. Diethylcarbamyl chloride has been found to be carcinogenic in rats and mice, but not in hamsters. It also has shown to have an inhibitory effect on HIV infection by blocking the integrase enzyme.
