Descrição:
1,3-Dibromo-5-fluorobenzene (1,3-DBF) is a potent agonist for the D2 receptor. It has been shown to inhibit the uptake of primary alcohol in ovary cells and to be an effective ligand for the hydrogen bond. In addition, 1,3-DBF has been shown to function as a potent agonist at the metabotropic receptor. This compound was used in molecular modeling and showed that it could bind to the rhesus receptor with high affinity.
