Diphenyl-1-pyrenylphosphine is a fluorescent probe that can be used to detect the presence of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the cell. It is an analytical method that can be used as a particle, which is a chromatographic method. This technique has been used to study the physiological function of cells and their response to oxidative stress. The expression of wst-1 in these cells was found to be low and linear regression analysis showed an inhibitory effect on protein synthesis by ROS.
