2,4-Difluorobenzylzinc Bromide is a kinase inhibitor that has been shown to have biological activity against various kinases. 2,4-Difluorobenzylzinc Bromide has been shown to inhibit the activity of a range of kinases, including protein kinase C (PKC), tyrosine kinase receptor type A (TRA), and protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTP1B). The compound is also active against other proteins with no known enzymatic activity, such as N-myristoyltransferase 2 (NMT2) and DNA topoisomerase I (TOP1).
