Descrição:Ethyl Phthalyl Ethyl Glycolate is a water-soluble polymer that is degradable in the presence of water vapor. It is used as an insoluble polymer for the manufacture of film products such as packaging and plastic films. Ethyl Phthalyl Ethyl Glycolate has been shown to be useful in inflammatory bowel disease, by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis. This polymer also contains a hydroxyl group, which gives it the capacity to form hydrogen bonds with other molecules.
