Descrição

Eserine sulfate is a cholinergic drug that has been shown to inhibit the enzyme acetylcholinesterase, leading to an accumulation of acetylcholine. This can lead to increased muscle activity and cognitive function. Eserine sulfate could be used as a potential biomarker for leukemic mice and may have cytotoxic effects on cancer cells. The compound was also shown to have significant cytotoxicity in vitro against human leukemia cells.
