Informação sobre produto
Fluchloralin is a cytotoxic agent that has been shown to be effective against rat liver microsomes. Fluchloralin has been shown to have genotoxic effects in a mouse bioassay, and it inhibits protein synthesis in the rat liver. The metabolic activation of fluchloralin is slow and depends on the presence of picolinic acid, gamma-aminobutyric acid, or glucose. Fluchloralin also induces histological changes when given at high doses. The enzyme activities of carbonyl reductase and acetaldehyde dehydrogenase are reduced in rats treated with fluchloralin.
