Descrição:C527 is a homologue of the nucleoside analogues, which is used to treat infectious diseases. It has been shown to be effective in chemotherapeutic treatment of cancer and autoimmune diseases. C527 inhibits DNA polymerase activity and has an inhibitory effect on the synthesis of RNA, which is thought to be due to its ability to bind with RNA polymerase. C527 also has diagnostic properties that are used in molecular modelling as well as diagnosis.
