Descrição:Fondenafil is a dietary supplement that belongs to the group of pde-5 inhibitors. It is used as an analytical method for determining the matrix effect on sildenafil in pharmaceutical dosage preparations. Fondenafil is also used as a pharmaceutical drug for the treatment of male erectile dysfunction. The mechanism of action involves inhibition of phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE-5). This inhibition leads to increased levels of cGMP, which are necessary for the relaxation and expansion of blood vessels in the penis, leading to improved erectile function.
