Fmoc-L-phenylglycine is a synthetic molecule that is an analogue of the natural amino acid phenylalanine. It has potent antitumor activity and can be used in the treatment of cancer. Fmoc-L-phenylglycine has been shown to have a gelation property, which can be modified by dicyclohexyl. It can also be synthesized using piperidine or through stepwise synthesis with intramolecular hydrogen bonding. This molecule is thermoreversible and cyclodepsipeptide, and it exhibits biomolecular properties.
